Sew many projects in the making. Lots of charity quilts being made for both children and adults mostly for local charities at the moment. I Spy children's quilts are very popular. Donations of fabric were used to make hexagon kits that will go to a group of ladies that are going through difficult times at the moment. We hope that stitching brings as much joy in to their lives as it does for us.

Several ladies have made these beautiful embroidery rolls, to the left is Lorraine proudly displaying her work.

I think this one belongs to Kay. (My blogging and photography skills could do with some upgrading. )

Isn't this bear delightful? The lace in her outfit is so exquisite, made and proudly owned by Kim.

An interesting "scrap" quilt with the strips cut on an angle. The choice of the blue background gives it all a zing. Well done Pat..Posted by Picasa

Here is a quilt that Jo is finishing which will be raffled by the Little Nippers later in the year. Stars are always a winner.

We are such an enthusiastic group that we hope we will be able to meet weekly in future.
